Full fuel
First of all, let's start with fuel and general conditions of the car at the end of the rental. In case of failure to refuel, the customer will be charged the cost of the fuel restoration service, consisting of a fixed amount and a lump sum. You will have to return the car in the same conditions as at the time of collection and with a full tank of fuel .

After-hours rental car delivery

A rental day consists of 24 hours. The rental begins on the day and time of delivery of the vehicle and ends on the day and time of returning the vehicle to Leasys Rent.
The extension of the rental is allowed, subject to authorization, by making a request at least 24 hours before the date established for the return. In the event of an extension of the rental without authorization, the extra days will be billed with the highest Standard daily rate published in the current price lists.
However, there is a tolerance of one hour for the collection of the car and 59 minutes for the return . Beyond this tolerance you will be charged for an extra rental day.
Clean car return
If the car needs a particular cleaning and / or sanitizing treatment due to the conditions in which the customer has returned it, EFAY RENT A CAR will proceed to charge the cost of the extra washing by documenting and communicating the charge in advance.
Check the car before rental and delivery
Before returning the car to the EFAY RENT A CAR employees, remember to check the condition of the car in their presence, checking the integrity of the glasses, mirrors and optical groups of the vehicle you have rented. For any pre-existing damage to the bodywork, check in the presence of EFAY RENT A CAR staff the correspondence of any scratches or other types of external or internal damage to the car. All done?
